The cold in the room was unbearable throughout my stay! I complained multiple times about the heating, but it was just as cold the second time around. Not only that, but even when I tried to take a hot shower, the water was barely warm unless everyone else in the hotel was using hot water too. I asked for tea to warm up, but they consistently forgot my orders, which left me frustrated and uncomfortable. It's unacceptable for a supposedly luxury hotel not to provide basic comforts like a proper heating system.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The Beautiful Double Room was perfect! Super comfy bed and pillows made it easy to relax after a long day. The decor was beautiful and gave that cozy boutique feel. The views of the alpacas and garden from the window were just adorable. The heating was on when we arrived, a nice touch since we were tired from our trek.

I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden area during the afternoons and enjoying a rejuvenating massage after a long day of exploring. The views from the breakfast dining room were stunning, making every meal feel special. Just a heads-up, the rooms can get a bit chilly during the day, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 🌟
